Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HostMuse ("the Service"), operated by HostMuse LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HostMuse is an AI-powered listing creation tool designed for short-term rental hosts. The Service provides AI-generated listing names, descriptions, design plans, virtual staging previews, and curated shopping recommendations. All AI-generated content is provided as creative suggestions and should be reviewed before use.

3. Account Registration

You may use certain features of the Service without an account. To save your work, make purchases, and access premium features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Purchases and Credits

HostMuse offers one-time listing credit purchases. Credits grant access to unlock full listing content for a specified period. All payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with notice.

• Single Listing: 1 credit for one listing project
• 3-Pack: 3 credits for three listing projects
• 5-Pack: 5 credits for five listing projects
• Refresh: Re-opens editing access on an existing listing

Credits do not expire. Unlocked listing access is valid for 90 days from the date of activation, after which the listing enters read-only mode. You may purchase a Refresh to restore editing access.

5. Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days at support@hostmuse.com. We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not guaranteed for credits that have already been used to unlock a listing.

6. User Content and Photos

You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload to the Service. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited license to process them for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., AI room analysis, virtual staging). Photos are processed in your browser where possible. We do not permanently store your uploaded photos on our servers beyond the duration needed to generate results.

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by the Service (names, descriptions, design plans, etc.) is provided as creative assistance. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI-generated content before using it on listing platforms or in other contexts. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, originality, or suitability of AI-generated content.

8. Amazon Affiliate Disclosure

HostMuse is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. Shopping recommendations include affiliate links, and we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service
• Upload harmful, offensive, or infringing content
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal use

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HostMuse LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
